Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in North Carolina

i live in NC. i was served papers saying there was a judgement filed against me an i have been ordered to pay money nto the judgement creditor. a form was attached "motion to claim exempt property" Form aoc-cv-415. what does this all mean. and can they levy my bank account.
