North Carolina General Statutes � 1-75.4

If we have contracts saying that client agrees for personal Juridication of NC courts, Will it work ? also contract allows for attorney fees and court costs, but allowed NC fees for collections are just 15% so we cant collect more and we end up payimg more to lawyer than collecting. And so we would prefer to represent overselves .

In District Court or Superior Court, yes the personal jurisdiction clause will generally work, it will not affect the ability, or inability, to sue in Small Claims Court, which must be filed in the county where the Defendant resides. If you are a corporation, you cannot represent yourself in District or Superior Court, only Small Claims Court.
