Driving after consuming 21
If I am an out-of-state resident that
was charged with diving after
consuming under 21 years of age, what
is my worst case scenario for
punishment if I have no aggrivating or
mitigating factors?

i have successfully obtained PJC's in our state for this offense...it depends upon your age and circumstances...you NEED a lawyer...i can refer you to a fine attorney in your county....i'm not getting anything out of this; just want to help
