Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

Hi,

One of FBI clerk is threatening me to put me in a jail if I send even $1.00 to another countries for my hobby cases which I am almost finished it up. Any how I gave her the information. She wrote me that if I send any money to other countries even $1.00, she will put me in a jail for 10 months. It is absolutely ridicurous. Is she talking the truth?

i'm not sure i know what a "hobby case" is, but i can't imagine how sending $1 to anyone would be a serious issue unless it related some to some alleged criminal activity...but the info you have provided me is difficult to understand...why are you communicating with the FBI about a $1 transfer anyway?
