Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
Hello. I had messaged a female online and she was on a 18 year old minimum website. We exchanged some photos and she had then told me she was 16. Later on i recieved a call from her farther asking about everything and she had broken a laptop. He wants me to fix or replace the laptop which is 1600 dollars or he is going to file a police complaint

You are being scammed. Further, if he specifically asked for money or he will call the police - that is likely blackmail which is a crime. Your best bet is to save your evidence of the blackmail and have no further contact with the girl or her father.
