Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina
my son has been arrested for AWADW inflicting serious injury w/ intent to kill.he hasnt told the police he was fending off a rape.should he tell them even though its a confession of the assualt.he is on probation.please help.

Once you get out of grade school - officer friendly is no longer your friend. He should at no point speak not even one single word to law enforcement. Hire an attorney and tell his story to the attorney.
