Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

my son was pick up on a robbery with weapon and a attempt robbery with another guy this guy keep getting his bond lower and out of jail i paid a lawyer 3500.00 which she charge 7500.00 i have not been able to finish paying her but she have not went to see my son one time now he is going to court next week on a plea bargin and dont know what he is pleaing for because he has not spoke with the attonery since he been in jail is this normal all she has done went to court twice with out my son to get court dates is their something that can be done

yu need to work w/ your existing atty to get this resolved...go to his/her office if you have to and wait, but you need to get this worked out with your lawyer
