Legal Question in Criminal Law in North Carolina

if you are stopped for any traffic violation or any charge in ANY state, the NC detainer will show up and you will be held for extradition...my best advise is to secure the services of a lawyer in NC and resolve this matter...it depends on the county, but many times the DA's will work with someone once they have moved out of State...up to you whether you want this handing over your head until you run through a license checkpoint or something similar...then it will probably cost more because you will have bond to worry about...best thing to do is resolve the matter asap
