Under age Drinking Citation

I am 20 years old and live in North Carolina. I was given a Under age Drinking Citation with out the police checking my ID or a breathalizer. Is there any way I can get this taken off my record or go to court for it and fight it?

You should check with a local lawyer that practices in the county in which you were charged.

He might find away to fight and win the case based on why you were stopped, or some other reason.

There may also be ways to "earn" a dismissal that would then eventually permit you to get your record expunged.
