Legal Question in DUI Law in North Carolina
i was convicted of my second dui underage in nov. 2005, i was given 4 year suspension and interlock system, im now asking for a hearing to get it back early. im in school and employed full-time. my moped was recently stolen is why im asking for a hearing. is it possible to get my license back with no interlock system, if so what are the chances of that happening? should i even bother to try and obtain a lawyer? also ive finished all required things asked by the courts and have had no further charged since infraction.
