Legal Question in DUI Law in North Carolina

How can I defend myself from DUI in North Carolina?

I went out last night, I had a ride home and I drank very heavily because I knew I would not be driving. I don't remember leaving the party, I don't remember going home. I was charged with a DUI and other moving violations. I do not remember driving, or much less being in my vehicle. The entire night is a blur, but I passed out on the side of the road, I got up shortly after I beleive and when I looked around I did not see my vehicle, much less any vehicle. I got very paranoid, I had injuries including a bruise on my head, and 2 leg injuries. I began to walk down the road and went to a nearby house and knocked on the door with hopes of calling my parents or the police. No answer. I began walking again and I saw a police car driving, I waved him down and told him what I remembered. He asked me repeatedly where my vehicle was, but I did not know. He stated that I admitted to driving the vehicle, I don't remember saying that at all. At the time I was very intoxicated and I don't know how anything I said could be used. When taken downtown I blew a .14

I am 20 years old, so under the legal drinking age, however I have never had any criminal convictions of any kind. We looked for my truck but were unable to find it. I went to the magistrate and had to sign myself out since I had a ride. I am not sure what to do, please help me?
