"hello my question is ....... In the state of North Carolina if 2 people that are in contact with each other during a non contact order was issued because of charges were filed. The charges were dropped by plaintiff during court. Can they be arrested for it..."

Your question isn't very clear. If you are saying there was contact during a no contact order then yes, you can be arrested / charged with it. The fact, that the reason for the contact was due to other charges that were subsequently dropped is irrelevant to being charged for violating the no contact order. However, that fact may help you avoid conviction if you are charged with violating the no contact order. This basically sounds like the typical resource draining petty domestic drama that gets played out in our Courts daily - if so, just stay away from each other.
