I wanted to correct this long time ago but i don't know where to start. now i am married, and my wife is pregnant and I want to change my status so I could help her, my question is what can i do to get a new I 94 so i can file for extension? do i need to get a new passport and a letter from the immigration department from my country i? Or is there a feel immigration charge people in my situation? Please help
