I'm a American wanting to marry a Filipino in the Philippines. Can we get married in the Philippines and once married can I bring her to America right away?

Unfortunately, no. If you marry abroad, your spouse must consular process & cannot enter the U.S. until they get their immigrant visa, which could take about 1 yr. You may want to consider a fiance visa petition to bring your fiance to the U.S. first. I highly recommend seeking a consultation with an experienced immigration attorney for this matter. Good luck!
