Can a Chinese citizen stay in the US for 90 days with a visitor visa?

A Chinese citizen can stay as long as authorized at the POE (by an immigration officer at the airport). This period will be noted on the I-94 card. If authorized to stay 90 day or more, then yes, can stay 90 days.
