Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina
I am a us citizen and my boyfriend just got deported. I am going to mexico and getting married, and try to bring him back. I would like to know what i would have to do to bring him back and how much would its cost

Why he was removed/deported? Does he have any criminal history (if yes, what exactly)?
I think you should consult a good immigration lawyer before going to Mexico to marry him in order to have a clear picture what are his chances of being able to ever come back to the USA lawfully, and if possible, what steps should be taken.

Hello:
Generally, it would be the K3 and the Waiver of the 10 year bar and the Permission to Reenter. However, I would need to know if he committed some crime or other act making him inadmissible.
