Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

My dad is a legal alien, however he was convicted of a felony and after he served his time was deported back to Mexico. Is there anything myself and my family can do to attempt to get him back in the US legally?

Probably not, but you shall consult a good immigration lawyer directly and off of the public forum. A lawyer will need to see your father's court documents, and his immigration documents.

You father WAS a legal resident, but he is no longer a LPR if he was deported. I assume that his green card was revoked.
