Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

My family and I have applied for H1-B/ H4 Visas; the request was denied. The appeal was denied also. What alternatives do we have? Or any lawyer recommendations?

If you are already out of status and an appeal was denied, it looks like you and your family will need to leave the country.

I can't say more at this time as I'm not familiar with your situation.

You may want to consult a qualified immigration attorney in private and not through a public forum.
