Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina
My fiancee is in Japan she is Peruvian/Japanese and we have a 3 months old baby boy I want them to come to the states as soon as possible and I was wondering if she gets the transit visa and I know she can stay here for 2 weeks with it, can we get married in that time and we change her visa status so she can stay here with my son? Im a 26 year old US.Marine from North Carolina. Thank You

If she is your fiance and you two plan to marry and live in USA, you should file a Fiance visa petition for her. If your child was born abroad, he could be a US citizen already.
You shouldn't try to trick the system. The Fiancee visa is a correct visa to apply for under this circumstances.
What is her citizenship? As far as I know, Japan doesn't allow for dual citizenship after 21.
