Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

My fiancee is 17 and in the U.S. with no papers currently living with her parents. I am a naturalized citizen, and im 21. What can I do to help her legalize her status? Where do i start? What will i need?

You should start by arranging a telephone, email or in-person consultation with a knowledgeable immigration attorney, who will email or give you the list of questions for your fiancee.
