Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

I have a friend who has been in the United States illegally for 7 years. Her brother lives here and is a legal citizen. How can she become legal without getting deported?

What is her immigrant status (visa)? How did she come to USA? If on a visa, what visa? From what country? How old is she? Is she married? What is her brother's AND parents' immigrant status, if any, in USA? Is she in removal (deportation) proceedings?

If she came illegally, brother can't help.
