Hello.Does US CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION OFFICERS deny pregnant ladies who're on tour (B1/B2 visa) entry at port of entries located at airports? if yes why?

Yes, the CBP can deny entry to USA to anyone who has a visa, including a pregnant woman, if, for example, it's apparent that she is coming to USA to give birth (to have a US citizen child), and it's not clear how and who will be paying her hospital bills. Here, they may have two grounds to deny admission: "intending immigrant" and "public charge".
