Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

I have been married to my husband for almost 6 years. We have 3 kids together. I am a US Citizen and he is an illegal alien (entered the US without inspection) I was wondering what I have to do to get his Green Card and how much it would cost.

You should consult an immigration attorney (not a "notario" or a "consultant, but a lawyer), and discuss your options.

It's likely that your husband will have to go back to his native country to apply for an immigrant visa (green card), and a hardship waiver.

This is a difficult and complicated process, and it's not advisable to file anything with USCIS without first consulting or hiring a qualified immigration attorney.
