Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

hi im from mexico but was raised here ever since i was 2 years old...i just recently got into problems and have to meet up with an immigration judge...i have my dad thats a legal american citizen but he has never even tried to fix my paper and now im 18...what do yu think is going to happen to me am i going to get deported??

If you are meeting with immigration judge, it means that you have been referred for removal (deportation) from USA. If you were brought to the US illegally at age 2 and no one ever petitioned for you, it could mean that you are in unlawful/illegal status.

If your father is a citizen, you may have derived citizenship and therefore the government cannot deport you. PLEASE CONTACT A LAWYER ASAP! Your father will need to provide documentation of his naturalization and that he is your biological father.
