Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina
I never received any correspondence on my i-130 but upon calling the USCIS customer service we discover that our case was denied. They tried to contacted us on our old address but we changed our address several time over the phone w/USCIS and had filed AR11. What our is our course of action.

You need to provide more details, for example, why the I-130 was denied (what is the reason for denial); who this petition was filed for and by whom (relationship); do you have copies of the forms AR-11 timely filed, etc.
I suggest, you consult an attorney.

Depending on your status at entry, you might be able to re-file and adjust status. However, before you do that, please consult and hire an attorney. I've recently seen a rash of in absentia deportation orders coming from the Charlotte immigration court on cases that were filed, denied and then the court case was pending before the physical court moved locations. You don't want to file another adjustment case if you have an order against you; ICE will be waiting at the interview and then remove you.
