Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina
I have an underage friend, age 17, who arrived in the U.S in the year of 2001. He never has had any problems with the law. He is currently attending school. Is there anyway that he could prevent deportation under any circumstances?
1 Answer from Attorneys
No, there is no way to prevent deportation under any circumsances.
I understand that he is living in USA illegally. Therefore, he is deportable whether he is minor or an adult.
How did he come to USA, on what visa, if any? What is immigrant status of his parents?
