Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina
Would my wife, who entered legally with a tourist visa in 1995 be able to do an adjustment of status with a lost I-94 card? The rest of her family has one, but her parents misplaced her card.
She entered in 1995, would form I-102 (application for a copy of I-102) be a viable option, or has too much time passed?
What are our options? Thank you.
