Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Carolina
Our family home has all eight siblings name on the deeds. We all have agreed to let one of my brothers tear the house down so that he can put a double-wide mobile home on the spot. Our older sister died Jan 18 of 2010 so now there're 7 siblings. Does this mean that her husband has the right to approve or disaprove. In other words does he have to sign her name?

It depends on who inherited her share when she died. You need to ask the personal representative of her estate, when that person gets appointed. I am sorry for your recent loss.
