My es wife and I had an agreement re: the house. She was to live in it just for the ypkeep. The house was in both of our names. She died and the daughter says half of the house is hers. I say not. Who is right.

If both your names are on the deed and you were divorced at the time she died, 50% of the property will pass through your ex-wife's estate.
