Outstanding speeding tickets from 1989

National dmv has a hold on my license because of tickets recieved in1989 in north carolina not allowing me to accuire a license in colorado what do i need to do.

You need to clear up those tickets in NC. Use caution in "clearing them up" though as simply paying them is the same as pleading guilty to them. This could cause you to lose your privilege for a longer period, depending on how CO interprets the convictions.
