Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina

Prayer for judgement

I am currently on a household PJC

(me, and my parents) because I ran

a stop sign a few months ago.

Tonight, I got a ticket for going 80 in

a 65. I know with the second PJC

they look at both the violations, but

is there anything I can do so they

don't?? My mom and dad are worried

that points will be on their license's

since it's a household PJC...is that

true??

Do not get a PJC. Get it reduced or get a non-moving violation depending on the county. If you have no other tickets besides the PJC, you should be okay.
