Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
Received ticket for unsafe movement that was dismissed by the state because the wreck was caused by a mechanical failure. The accident report states careliss & reckliss which is keeping me from getting a job driving a truck. Can the accident report be expunged or changed since the charges were dismissed.

you can contact the investigating officer and ask him to write a supplemental report; but the original report can't be changed
