speeding ticket

i got pulled over in tha state of north carolina in september of 2006 i reside in the state of pennsylvania i send all my papers in pleading guilty to the speeding ticket but they never send me an amount that needs to be paid i've tried to get an amount and they're asking for me to appear in court which i don't know why if i pleaded guilty. now my pa dl is suspended because of this and nc is not cooperating by giving an amount i'm tryingto pay the fine. what can i do?

You need to put the ticket back on the calendar, plead to it and pay the fine. Your best option would be to hire an attorney in the county where you got the ticket and then you won't have to appear.
