Legal Question in Traffic Law in North Carolina
I got a ticket in nc for having the wrong tag on my husbands truck. With in that week we got everything fixed. What will happen?

How do you have the wrong tag on your husband's truck? Do you mean your tag expired and someone basically put the tag from another car on it in an attempt to cheat and drive illegally? If so, and you have it fixed, present the information to the ADA and they may dismiss it or reduce it to a lesser offense.
