I got married does my mom's will need to be amended too my married name

Not if this is the only thing different on her will. However, I really need to see the will and see if it needs revised for other reasons. If your mother needs a revision or if she has other changes, she can then update her will and include your married name. Have your mother contact me if she is interested.
