Welcome to Workers' Comp! Happens all the time.

Call the NC Industrial Commission at 919-807-2501. Confirm the necessary forms are on file and, if not, file Form 18 ASAP.

Then write to the Executive Secretary, enclosing copies of the WRITTEN referrals to PT by your doctors and ask that the IC (1) ORDER the PT, (2) ORDER them to pay you and (3) assign an IC rehab nurse to coordinate your medical care.
