Legal Question in Real Estate Law in North Dakota

Can an attorney licensed in New York but not licensed in North Dakota draw up a warranty deed for a piece of property located in North Dakota. Does it make the warranty deed invalid?

I suppose technically the answer is "no." But realistically if you, as a property owner, had a warranty deed created, and filed it with the County in ND there may or may not be a problem, because if the deed was created correctly and in compliance with ND law no problem would arise. But if the deed was not ND law compliant, the Deed maybe invalid and the Attorney could be disciplined if the Attorney knew the deed was to be used in ND.
