Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Ohio
do we need a attorney for this?
if there is a judgement against someone {they did not even know that someone was to send in a reply to the court} can a person go to court and have that judgement set aside or at least looked at again. the judgement was made three years and this person did not even know they were to answer the complaint.can this person do this with out a attorney is my question.

If the person received actual notice of the complaint, it may difficult to get the judgment vacated. However, without knowing all of the facts, I can't say for sure. I would definitely consult a lawyer.
