401k, can my employer touch it when I leave?
I am leaving a company were I have worked for almost 7 years. I am on a draw against commision. I have always meet my draw. For the last year this indrustry has gotten slow, and I have not meet my draw. I have desided to leave this company. I have a balance of around 4000 dollars in the rears. My question to you is when I get my 401k back, can they take any of that money???

As a rule, no, but they may deduct it from any sort of severence package.
