Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio

Fradulent activity and business activities by a manager

I am not sure what type of attorney I need to speak with or where they are in my area of Columbus ohio. I began work with a company to find out that the activities of our manager were fradulent in several cases, including forging signatures, tax id numbers, trying to make us as employee's do the same. I won't go into everything that was done as i have kept notes and a journal from the first sign i realized he was running things illegally which i realized less than a week after i had been hired. I have dates and detailed notes on all the situations that occured, some being sexual harrassment. I have four other coworkers who were working in the office with me who will back up all the situations as they were witness to many of his actions. I was able to finally get out of this company on December 1st when i started a new job. I need help with who i can contact or what i should do.

Some companies have standard, or accepted practices, which may appear improper to a casual observer without full knowledge or appreciation of all relevant facts. (One individual may authorize another to sign his name, or may regularly ratify such signatures, especially on routine matters.) If you felt compelled to change employment, and if you were subjected to sexual harassment, at work, you can file a complaint with the EEOC without an attorney. This is a lengthy process, and there are deadlines to be observed in ultimately filing suit. Call a civil rights or employees' rights lawyer in Columbus. Steve

You need to contact the local county prosecutors office in the county where the company is located, and go over the documents with him/her. They should be able to tell you exactly what you have.
