Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
breach of contract
I have a contract with my son. He was to pay 250 per month for 48 months for a auto and has missed 2 payments. I beleive he intends not to pay. My name is still on the title along with his. How do I get the auto back? what court or motion do I file?

Just go take the car, but do not harm anything in doing so. You have the title so he can't get plates for it anyway. Since the title is joint ownership, you also own the car and the police can do nothing. Check with the title bureau and I think (not 100% sure) that you can get the title re-issued in your name only.
