Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
contracts
I'm in the process of starting my own business and I wrote up a contract for my clients that is based off of a similar company's contract. I'm wondering if there is something that I need to do in order for that contract to be legal and binding?

Re: contracts
Without reviewing the entire document it is impossible to assess its binding effect. It all depends on what the intent of the contract is.
