Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio

I design tee shirts. I have designed a tee shirt with a rappers name on it. The letters are designed with objects that represent the rapper. It is a pretty neat shirt and people have been asking to buy them from me. I would like to start maybe selling them online but I was wondering if it would be legal to do. I am not using any symbols from him or anything like that. The shirt is just his name with objects that represent him. Is it illegal or legal to profit off of his fame/name????

As a Franchise Attorney I would think you'd have a bit more common sense. Of course it's illegal to profit from someones fame or name without their permission. Haven't you heard of the many lawsuits where people get sued for doing just that? Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
