Husband & Business
I helped my husband start a business a few years ago. After a couple years he agreed to form a partnership with someone using the same business i helped start. they incorporated all this with out my consent did they need my consent since i was a spouse?

Your consent may not have been necessary if there was no formal agreement or evidence of a partnership, however, if the business was started during your marriage, your husband's interest in the business is a marital asset.
