Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
I have to introduce a major customer to a supplier of goods that I dont carry but is complementary to my products - Before I introduce them to this customer, I need them to sign an agreement that for a period after the introduction whether they become a supplier or nor of this customer, that they will not go behind my back and do a deal with them - Also that as long as the customer buys from them, I get my cut - What sample form should I work from

I would definitely have an attorney who deals with commercial transactions draft this agreement. I'm not sure a form for this exists, but if one does, I wouldn't trust that it covers everything that needs to be covered for your particular deal. Please call me to discuss at 513-381-9216.
