Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
I have an investor waiting to invest in my company once Im done with my divorce so that my ex-wife can't attach my assets. I want to use some of the money now for an investment for the company. I am being asked to supply a letter from my attorney stating the funds are available. What type of letter should I be requesting? Is it just a confirmation of funds or????
