Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Llc
if there is no written agreement between partners (just verbal) but both are listed as authorized representatives on the LLC articles, are they 50/50 partners?

An LLC has members, not partners, and should have a written Operating Agreement covering ownership and other issues. Without any agreement, you have a strong argument for equal ownership unless other evidence indicates otherwise.
