Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
membership
I purchased a membership from a company that include use of a product. I was told at that time that the fee I paid was a one time fee, the product would be considered an asset of my company, and I would not have to pay any annual dues. Can the company come back at a later date and tell me that if I don't pay the annual dues that they have now implemented, they will take the product back?

Re: membership
It sounds as though they are breaching a contract with you, however it all depends on what the membership documentation states.
