my parents are being sued by Chase bank,
They are trying to satisfy this debt by entering in a debt resolution program through Care one credit services

Re: my parents are being sued by Chase bank,
Dear Inquirer: Unless you have some unusual, written contract, with guarantees, signed by an officer of this "credit adjustment company", and supported by a Performance Bond for the entire debt plus all court costs, legal fees, etc., written on an A-1 insurance company, BE CAUTIOUS!!!
The reason for my skeptical advice is that all that any credit resolution entity can offer is for the debtor (your parents) to pay them a fee, in advance, in order to guarantee the creditor (Chase) that the entire debt will be paid, with interest and added charges, plus costs of suit and court costs, etc., (by your parents),all to your detriment and that of your unsuspecting, uninformed parents!!!
I strobgly urge you immediately retain experienced legal counsel for advice and guidance.
Good luck.
Sincerely, J. Norman Stark
