Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
This partnership involves two people. The partnership is a LLC. If one partner would like to dissolve the partnership, and the other agrees 1) how would they go about doing it and 2) can the remaining partner continue to operate the business under the LLC status as a sole proprietor. They are located in Ohio. Thanks in advance.

As a Franchise Attorney I can only say this. It all depends on how the paperwork for the LLC, management and member agreements, etc. were set up. This is not a question that can be answered without examining all relevant documents. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
